Planning approval was successfully sought for a new car show room for Hyundai Brooklyn Motors in Seaford, East Sussex. The site is located in a prominent position on the main route from the West into the town and it was a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the improvement of such a prominent site. Working closely with the Client and Hyundai the design brief was established to ensure that the existing car showroom & service centre at the lower ground floor level had an internal link to the new show room at the upper ground floor level. Vehicle and pedestrian access was a requirement for both levels and the site needed to provide the maximum floor area for both new and used car display.
