We successfully obtained Planning and Building Regulation Approval for a new two storey detached house in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of the City of Brighton. The site was located in the front garden of an existing dwelling and was a challenge on site due to the sloping topography, heights of neighbouring buildings & size constraints relating to the site’s boundaries.
